Elk Creek Realty's unique position of leadership in the industry is the result of decisions made by people whose knowledge and vision have been among our most important resources.

As of January 1, 2008, Elk Creek Realty developed a team concept in our office.  the three agents pictured above now all work together to assist our clients more efficiently.  Patty Maupin works with our sellers to effectively market their homes.  Kevin Griesser helps buyers find the property they are seeking.  Once a property is under contract Karen Riggs walks our clients through the closing to make sure they understand each step and to make sure things move along smoothly.

Elk Creek Realty was estabilished in 1994, in one room, at Elk Creek Grocery.  The  business was and is still based on servicing the needs of the community.  The business continued to grow and the need for more space was needed, so in 2000 a new facility was built.  All of the agents in our office are members of the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS, the Kentucky Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.
